Returns

My Belly endeavours to provide high quality products to all our customers and hopes that you are happy with your purchase but if you would like to return or exchange an item, please return the item with a completed return form which you will receive with your order. Please return them unused and in the original packaging with labels attached within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you. This excludes sale items.

We recommend that your article is registered or insured as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us. We are happy to accept items for exchange or refund up to 14 days from the dispatch date for New Zealand orders and 30 days for international orders.

Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Sadly we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.

If a credit note is requested, and issued, they are redeemable for a period of 12 months only. This is non-negotiable.

No returns or refunds are accepted for the 1st birthday celebration sale items and silk tops. All purchases are final.

Faulty Item

My Belly is willing to repair any garment that is faulty.  Garments which have been purposely tampered with will not be eligible for an repair, exchange or refund. Please ensure that worn garments are washed prior to return. If the item is beyond repair, My Belly will replace or refund. This excludes sale items.

Change of Mind

If you would like to return a product for exchange or refund, please return the product with the return form included with your delivery. Items which are returned for change of mind must be returned unworn and in there original condition with any swing tags and labels still attached. We are unable to accept garments which have had the swing tags removed, item worn or washed.
