Product Presentation
My Belly does its best to represent all products accurately. Slight colour variations many occur from monitor to monitor as this representation depends on your computer picture resolution and settings. My Belly is in no way liable for this.
Liability
Under no circumstances are we (My Belly Ltd, Directors and employees) liable to any user of this website for any costs or damages of any kind, whether direct or indirect, that they may incur in connection with their use of this website. Further, all users of this website indemnify My Belly against all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from or related to their use of this website.
Delivery
All orders sent within New Zealand are sent by Courier Post and charged at a flat fee of NZD$7.50
My Belly charges a flat fee of NZD$25.00 to ship parcels to Australia and NZD$50.00 for the rest of the world. If no one is available at the designated address to accept the delivery local postal guidelines apply. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars. Prices DO NOT include relevant overseas duties and customs charges that you may incur. Please note that Air Mail is not insured or traceable.
My Belly does not accept responsibility for delivery once the order has been dispatched to Courier Post, New Zealand Post or any other third parties.
Please note all orders will be sent on Tuesday (NZ time) for order received up to the Monday previous. If you have an urgent order, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to arrange special delivery.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to My Belly and your personal details will not be sold, traded or exchanged unless required by law. My Belly reserves the right to: cancel an order, modify terms and conditions and modify the price at any time for any reason. My Belly also reserves the right to: contact a customer and/or take reasonable steps to determine the legitimacy of the credit card information and refuse to accept any order at any time.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property on www.mybelly.co.nz, including the text, graphics, photographs, images and copyright works is owned by us (or relevant content supplier). We are the exclusive owner of all rights in the design, compilation and layout of this Site.
Right to Amend
My Belly may amend these terms and conditions periodically, therefore you should check and read these terms and conditions regularly. Your continued use of www.mybelly.co.nz after any amendment deems your agreement to said changes in the terms and conditions.
Pricing
All pricing on the website is listed in New Zealand dollars and all prices include Goods and Services Tax. Discount codes are not authorised to be used on purchase of already discounted items.
Customs and Other Fees
Any and all customs fees imposed by countries outside of New Zealand are the sole responsibility of the customer. Any VAT, GST, Import Duties, Tariffs, Fines or any other related fees are also the sole responsibility of the customer. My Belly will not falsify invoices or shipping labels.
Product Availability
We do our very best to keep our website updated, however, from time to time we may experience greater than expected demand for an item and www.mybelly.co.nz may show incorrect inventory of an item.
Disputes
My Belly are very proud of the products we supply to our customers, however in the event you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you have received, please contact us immediately. Please quote your order number and your concerns and we will respond to you within 24 hours.
